Requirements:  •        BCom (Law) degree (essential) – candidates with only an LLB degree will not be considered. •        Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. •        Minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience. •        Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. •        Experience in commercial, contract, consumer, company, trust and property law. •        Bilingual (English and Afrikaans). •        Valid driver’s licence. Advantageous: Admission as a Conveyancer and/or Notary Public. Please note: Labour law experience is not required, but it is beneficial.
