**Description** The Advanced Practice Pharmacist Analyst and Administrator provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in digital medication management across the DHR and ancillary systems. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining medication records and workflows that support safe, efficient, and patient\-centred prescribing, dispensing, and administration within the DHR and ancillary systems. The position ensures all digital medication management activities comply with legislation, clinical safety standards and professional practice guidelines. As a senior leader, the role also contributes to shaping digital health initiatives across systems to improve medication safety and optimise medication management workflows
