Operations Manager - ICT Field Services

**Company** Job description My client is a well\-established national provider of technology field services, supporting organisations across Australia with on\-the\-ground technical operations. With continued investment in their Queensland business, they're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the branch. **The Role** * Full accountability for the day\-to\-day running of the branch * Manage a team of Coordinators, Team Leaders and Field Technicians, plus a network of Service Partners * Own SLA performance and client satisfaction across the branch's service contracts * Manage branch financials – utilisation, margin, WIP – and report into the National Operations Manager * Build client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the account * Maintain WHS and compliance standards across the branch **The Candidate:** * Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar service delivery business * Strong technical background in ICT service environments * Proven ability to manage and report on P\&L, utilisation and operational performance * Experience managing a multi\-disciplinary field team (technicians, coordinators, team leaders) * A leader people actually want to work for * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Driver's Licence (Mandatory) **To Apply:** Click the 'Apply Now' button below. or Email conore@austcorp.com
