**Head of Marketing** Our client, a high profile \& major employer in the Shannon region, have now engaged with us in Cpl to assist them in the recruitment of a Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic senior leadership level opportunity for an ambitious \& driven marketing manager to further develop their career in a fast paced, dynamic \& internationally focused role so if you’re interested, please apply! **The Job:** You will be a key part of the senior commercial leadership team \& will play a vital role in the delivery of all marketing strategies \& activities across the business, as well as leading \& motivating your marketing team to ensure continued growth \& success for the organisation. More specifically you will be responsible for developing \& implementing group wide marketing strategies, developing multi\-year marketing team budgets \& resources to support key business objectives, collaborating with external stakeholders \& partners on projects, leveraging marketing data analytics to optimise effectiveness, overseeing major PR/communications \& digital marketing campaigns, leading \& motivating your marketing team to deliver on specific growth objectives \& collaborate with other senior leaders \& management groups across the business to drive further growth \& success. **Your Skills \& Experience that we need** : * 3rd level degree qualified ideally in marketing, business studies or a closely related discipline. * 6\-8\+ years’ relevant experience ideally gained in a senior marketing position. * Proficient in MS Office and office management software * Excellent inter\-personal skills \& ability to engage with stakeholders, both internal \& external, at all levels. * Proven ability to manage a diverse team. **The Offer:** The role is a permanent role with base salary depending on experience/qualifications but expected to range up to approx. 100k \+ benefits \& annual bonus to reflect the seniority \& remit of the position.
