This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Project Delivery, supporting critical technology initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and cost management. Key Responsibilities **Technology Cost Tracking \& Financial Analysis** * Capture, consolidate, and analyse project and operational cost data across technology initiatives. * Develop and maintain allocation models that accurately track technology expenditure and project costs. * Support the identification and tracking of capitalisable project activities. **Reporting \& Dashboard Development** * Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools. * Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership teams. * Provide regular reporting on project spend, budget performance, and cost trends. **Budgeting, Forecasting \& Variance Analysis** * Monitor actual spend against budgets and forecasts. * Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance. * Support budgeting cycles and produce forward\-looking project forecasts. **Process Improvement \& Automation** * Enhance financial reporting processes through automation and improved controls. * Reduce manual reporting effort while improving consistency and data accuracy. * Support month\-end reporting and financial close activities. **Stakeholder Engagement** * Partner closely with technology and project teams to ensure accurate financial data capture. * Challenge and validate inputs to maintain data integrity and compliance with governance requirements. * Present financial information in a clear and meaningful way to non\-finance stakeholders. What We're Looking For ✅ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field. ✅ 1\-3 years' experience in Financial Analysis, Project Accounting, Corporate Finance, FP\&A, or Data Analytics. ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience working on large datasets and financial models. ✅ Experience creating reports and dashboards using BI and data visualisation tools. ✅ Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and variance analysis. ✅ Exposure to capitalisation accounting principles will be advantageous. ✅ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial but not essential.
