We partner with departments*** ***across the City, using data, analyses and AI to bring clarity to*** ***complex problems, reduce uncertainty, and guide the decisions to*** ***improve daily life for millions of residents.*** **We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and lead a** **portfolio of data and AI products. You’ll work out which problems** **are worth solving, define what we build and why, and take** **products from idea to adoption. You’ll make sure what we deliver** **is not only technically sound but used by the people who need it.** ***This role is for you if you want your work to matter, enjoy navigating*** ***complex stakeholder environments, and get energised by turning*** ***real\-world problems into clear, valuable products.*** **Requirements:** • A relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Anthropology, Industrial Psychology, User Experience, Industrial Design or a related field. • At least 5 years’ relevant product management experience **Key Performance Areas:** • Discover, define and validate data and AI product opportunities with stakeholders, users and the Data Analytics Hub, ensuring each product solves a real problem and delivers measurable value to the City. • Own assigned products end to end, from discovery through release and ongoing iteration, working closely with data scientists, data analysts, data engineers and front\-end developers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users and partners to shape product direction and clearly communicate progress, decisions and outcomes. • Apply and help strengthen the governance frameworks, standards and best practices for data and AI products across the City’s data analytics and AI community.
