Graphic Designer (all genders) - fixed-term contract for 12 months

**Bringing ideas to life.** As part of a 12\-month parental leave replacement, we are looking for a creative professional who, with a keen eye for design and visual communication, can create compelling marketing materials and creatively implement global communication strategies across various channels. **Your role** * You’ll implement global communication strategies visually and design print and online materials for all local touchpoints while adhering to the corporate design guidelines. * With creative design ideas, you’ll bring local campaigns to life and create compelling social media assets. * From mailings, flyers, and brochures to online banners and custom printed materials, you’ll design a wide range of communication tools for various business units. * Through the professional editing and preparation of image and video content, you’ll ensure a compelling visual presence across various communication channels. * Working closely with marketing managers, you’ll coordinate with printing companies and handle the review and accounting of invoices. **Your profile** * Completed training or degree in graphic design, media design, or a related field * At least two years of professional experience in the graphic design field * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office * Very good German language skills and basic English language skills * Creativity, ability to work in a team, customer focus, and strong communication skills **What We Offer** * A global, purpose\-driven company with 3,700 employees. * A culture of innovation and collaboration. * Learning and development tailored to your growth. * Attractive Benefits.
