**Position Title:** **Business Analyst – Solicitation Review System Modernization** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Remote (United States) **Duration:** 8\+ Months ***Interview Requirement: In\-person interview required*** **Role Overview** ----------------- We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** to support the modernization of a **Solicitation Review System**. This initiative involves migrating an existing Microsoft\-based solution to a newly designed **Jotform\-based workflow and data management platform**. The Business Analyst will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful requirements definition, system redesign, and implementation. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders * Document current\-state business processes and workflows * Define future\-state functional and non\-functional requirements * Perform gap analysis between the legacy system and the redesigned platform * Collaborate closely with senior technical advisors during development and testing phases * Support system validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and reporting enhancements * Assist with redesign of reporting and data outputs * Provide weekly status updates, documentation, and project artifacts **Required Skills \& Experience** --------------------------------- * 5\+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and testing * Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation aligned with **BABOK standards** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work across cross\-functional teams **Preferred Experience** ------------------------ * Experience designing or documenting **Power BI reporting requirements** * Familiarity with **Power Automate workflows** * Experience with **Jotform forms and workflow configurations**
