Per Diem Sub Teacher

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by stepping into classrooms on an as\-needed basis, fostering growth, curiosity, and confidence. **Responsibilities** * Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and lesson plans provided by regular teachers * Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students * Implement curriculum development strategies tailored to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds * Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive student interactions * Communicate regularly with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to ensure smooth classroom operations * Support students’ social\-emotional development through compassionate behavior management and guidance * Use educational technologies and computers to enhance instruction and student engagement * Follow school policies, mandated reporting laws, and confidentiality guidelines diligently * Collaborate with teaching teams to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive educational experience * Adapt instructional methods as needed for students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs) **Qualifications** * Prior classroom experience in early childhood education, preschool, or elementary settings is highly preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and instructional adaptability * Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with special needs such as autism or other disabilities * Strong communication skills for effective parent\-teacher interactions and team collaboration * Familiarity with childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and tutoring techniques * Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude in a dynamic environment * Competence in using educational technologies and computers for instructional purposes * Knowledge of school policies, mandated reporting laws, and best practices in childcare and education Join us as a Per Diem Sub Teacher to inspire young minds daily!
