Our firm represents businesses, business owners, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including business and commercial litigation, corporate and transactional matters, contracts, real estate, and other business\-related matters. This position provides an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands\-on experience in **both litigation and transactional work** , interact directly with clients, and assume increasing responsibility for significant matters.
