Staff Accountant

Accountants One is working on an exclusive search for one of Atlanta's highly regarded companies. They recently promoted their Staff Accountant and are looking for their replacement. What makes this role interesting? * Full\-cycle accounting across multiple entities * Ownership of month\-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries * Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis * Annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial presentations * Audit and tax workpaper preparation * Ad\-hoc financial analysis and special projects * Opportunity to help improve accounting systems and processes * Direct exposure to the Director of Finance and leadership team Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance * 2–3\+ years of progressive accounting experience * Strong GAAP and Excel skills * Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis * Highly analytical and detail\-oriented * Comfortable in a small, collaborative team environment * Strong ERP Systems experience such as SAP, Great Plains, NetSuite or Sage Intacct This is an in\-office role, 5 days a week 18638
