As a Multimedia \& Video Designer for LulaBet, you will create high\-quality video, motion and digital design content across social media, digital advertising, website, promotional and brand channels. This is a hands\-on, video\-first production role for a technically capable designer who can use AI\-assisted creative tools and established design software to deliver polished content efficiently, while also supporting static digital design requirements. **Job Description** Here is what you will be doing: * Create short\-form video, motion and multimedia content for social media, paid digital campaigns, website and promotional activity. * Use AI\-enabled creative tools and workflows to generate, adapt and scale video and motion content efficiently. * Develop motion graphics, animated creative and video assets from existing brand and campaign material. * Edit and assemble content using supplied footage, stock assets, brand elements, templates and AI\-generated material. * Adapt video and motion creative into multiple formats, durations and platform specifications for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other digital placements. * Produce multiple variations, cut\-downs and adaptations from core assets to support high\-volume campaign delivery. * Create video and motion content for casino, sportsbook, promotional, product and campaign requirements. * Produce and adapt static digital assets for social media, paid media, website and promotional use. * Support casino, sports and game\-related static creative, including game\-tile production and associated digital assets. * Work from established templates and design systems while maintaining LulaBet brand standards. * Manage project and source files so content can be efficiently reused, adapted and accessed by the wider team. * Collaborate with marketing, design, acquisition, retention, product and relevant external partners to deliver accurate, effective creative on time. **Important:** This is a video\-first multimedia production role, not a traditional filming or videography position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong hands\-on video and motion design capability, together with the ability to support static digital production when required. **Qualifications** **Essential:** * Relevant qualification or equivalent demonstrated professional experience in multimedia design, motion design, video content production or a related discipline. * Demonstrated professional experience in video and motion content production, with video and motion forming a substantial part of recent work. * Advanced practical proficiency with AI\-assisted creative tools and workflows, including the ability to use AI to increase production speed and output without compromising quality or brand consistency. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro, with good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. * A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating practical short\-form video, motion, digital content and design work. * A solid understanding of design principles, including composition, typography, hierarchy, colour and brand application. * Experience creating social\-first content and adapting creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms. * Ability to produce both original creative work and high\-volume adaptations within tight turnaround times. * Strong attention to detail across editing, animation, typography, sound and final output. * Technically curious, efficient and comfortable learning new production tools and workflows. **Advantageous:** * Experience within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, entertainment or another fast\-moving consumer environment. * Experience creating casino, sportsbook or sports\-related promotional content. * Experience producing high\-volume digital asset adaptations from templates and design systems. * Experience with game\-tile production, digital campaign rollouts or similar scalable content requirements. * An interest in sport, online gaming and digital products. **Additional Information** **What's on Offer:** * **Competitive Package:** We offer a competitive package aligned with the scope of the role and the successful candidate’s experience. * **Direct Impact:** Help increase the volume and variety of LulaBet’s video, motion and digital creative output. * **Ownership:** Take responsibility for hands\-on multimedia production across campaigns, promotions and digital channels. * **Growth Environment:** Join an ambitious and fast\-growing business operating in one of the most dynamic sectors in online gaming and betting. * **Collaborative Team:** Work alongside experienced professionals across Marketing, Design, Acquisition, Retention, Product and other business functions. * **Hybrid Working Environment:** The role operates on a hybrid basis, balancing office collaboration and remote work.
