Key Responsibilities * Support forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning activities, ensuring accurate workforce and cost projections. * Prepare monthly financial reports and management information, accompanied by insightful commentary on business performance. * Deliver commercial analysis on key initiatives, cost drivers, and resource allocation to support strategic decision\-making. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on projects aimed at improving financial processes, reporting efficiency, and operational performance. * Develop and enhance management reporting, executive dashboards, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools. * Build strong relationships with finance and business stakeholders to provide meaningful financial support and insights. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. * Strong financial reporting, accounting, forecasting, and analytical skills. * Experience interpreting financial data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations. * Ability to understand complex cost structures, financial drivers, and business performance metrics. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines. * Experience within the financial services, investment management, asset management, or related industries. * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. * Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
