Human Resources Manager

A well\-established company based in the Tzaneen/Letsitele area is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Human Resource Manager** to join their team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage HR functions, policies \& procedures * Handle disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, IR and CCMA matters * Ensure labour law \& SIZA compliance * Assist with payroll administration * Coordinate training and development initiatives * Monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate HR records Minimum Requirements: * Relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field * Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role * Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices * Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures * Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills * Experience with SIZA compliance and payroll administration * Computer literate (MS Office Suite) * Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport * Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Work Location: In person
