Senior Financial Analyst

Andrews \& Cole is partnering with an asset management firm in its search for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst. Exposure to C\-Suite leadership through ad\-hoc project work, including the CFO and co\-CEOs, and collaboration with the fund accounting team. Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite to start with remote flexibility available in the longer term. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain 5\-year profit forecasts to guide corporate decision\-making. * Create and maintain financial models for multiple funds, ensuring accuracy and reliability in projections. * Conduct comprehensive breakeven analyses for new fund launches to assess viability and potential returns. * Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and insights. * Handle and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights to support financial models. * Utilize Python and/or AI to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial processes, enhancing efficiency. * Assist with compensation tracking and capital account PDF automation. * Support the Deputy CFO, CFO, and Co\-CEOs with various financial projects and tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** * BS/BA in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. * 6\+ years of experience in the financial sector in a financial modeling/data analysis capacity, demonstrating a history of implementing process improvements and system enhancements. * FP\&A experience and experience working with data teams required. * Experience at a hedge fund and/or private equity firm, with a working knowledge of fund structures, management and incentive fees, and fund\-level economics, is highly desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. * Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and metrics. * Beginner to intermediate skills in VBA for Excel automation are a plus. * Python scripting skills, and SQL knowledge are a plus. * Broad asset valuation or capital markets familiarity is a plus. * Excellent analytical skills, problem\-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet shifting deadlines. * Adept at interfacing across corporate divisions. Candidates with broader or more specialized experience may be considered at a different level, which may impact the compensation package offered.
