**Job Title: Business Analyst** **Location: Filton, UK** **Contract Duration: 14 Months (to start with)** **Working Model: Hybrid \- approximately 60% onsite** **Pay Rate: £42\.39 per hour Inside IR 35** **About the Client** A leading global aerospace organisation seeking a digitally astute Business Analyst to support its engineering operations, workload planning and business performance activities. **Role Overview** You'll work closely with engineering teams to improve workload and workforce planning, manage financial and performance data, and identify opportunities to streamline operational processes. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Consolidate and maintain annual and multi\-year workload, resource and financial plans. * Analyse large datasets and track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop reports and dashboards to support management decision\-making. * Monitor forecast deviations, manage change requests and update plans. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. * Support engineering teams with business operations and project management practices. **Required Experience** * Experience in Business Analysis, Business Management, Project Management, Project Controlling or Performance Improvement. * Strong data manipulation and analytical skills, with experience managing large datasets and financial data. * Proficiency in digital tools, reporting platforms and data visualisation. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements. **Nice to Have** * Experience within aerospace or complex engineering environments. * Familiarity with workload and resource planning tools. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, project controls or digital transformation. **Interview Process** * One\-stage interview, preferably onsite.
