We're looking for a Business Analyst to embed with our Operations team, specifically supporting the Manufacturing \& Quality streams by helping bridge the gap between operational processes and data. This role will be instrumental in building out quality analytics capabilities across the product lifecycle, from production through field performance. You'll own key quality metrics, develop new reporting, build new tools, and partner with manufacturing and field quality engineers to turn operational data into decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who is able to successfully use analytical skills to target operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. Functional experience working with quality processes and data is a plus. * Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional partners to use data to drive results and initiatives. * Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, or similar). The Role Operations Analyst II – Material \& Equipment Governance oversees capital planning and governance for Global Commercial Operations, including Base Capital and Shared/Success-Based Capital (SBC).
