Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst – Program and Logistics to join an industry leading government technology organization. The Business Analyst – Program and Logistics will support procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives by coordinating purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, tracking assets, and supporting program execution. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities for the Business Analyst – Program and Logistics Include: * Support procurement workflows including purchase request creation, order tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery management. * Facilitate communication between program teams, procurement personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure operational requirements are met. * Monitor and maintain lifecycle management and asset tracking systems to support inventory visibility and accountability. * Track procurement actions, deliveries, and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with program requirements and timelines. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation utilizing tools such as Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Excel. * Analyze program and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. * Support subcontract establishment activities and vendor onboarding processes as required. Qualifications for the Business Analyst – Program and Logistics Include: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required * 3+ years of experience supporting procurement, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management activities. * Experience with procurement workflows, purchase request creation, vendor coordination, and purchasing processes. * Familiarity with lifecycle management, asset tracking systems, inventory management, or logistics operations. * Hands-on experience utilizing Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, and related reporting or documentation tools. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Active TS/SCI clearance required. * Experience supporting federal programs, task orders, or government contracts preferred. * Knowledge of subcontract establishment processes preferred. A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide logistics planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation support for the FAA Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) Small Voice Switch Replacement (S-VCS) effort under the VOICE Program. This role supports nationwide site activities associated with post-site survey remediation, installation readiness, and legacy Voice Communication System (VCS) decommissioning and disposition. The Logistics Analyst works closely with Program Management, Disposition Leads, site execution teams, vendors, and FAA stakeholders to ensure materials, equipment, property accountability actions, and travel-related logistics are executed efficiently, documented accurately, and compliant with FAA logistics, property management, environmental, and operational requirements. Responsibilities: Logistics Planning \& Coordination Support logistics planning for site preparation, equipment installation readiness, and legacy VCS disposition activities across FAA facilities nationwide. Coordinate logistics activities with site personnel, vendors, FAA Logistics Center (FAALC), and program stakeholders to ensure alignment with approved schedules and site constraints. Disposition \& Environmental Compliance Support Assist Disposition Leads and site teams with logistics coordination for physical removal and packaging of decommissioned equipment. Track and maintain documentation for environmentally compliant disposal activities, including R2/e-Steward recycling certificates, as applicable.
