Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 3–5 years' HR experience. Strong experience in employee relations and disciplinary procedures. Practical experience with CCMA matters is highly advantageous. Good knowledge of South African labour legislation. Experience in an operational environment will be advantageous. Strong administration, communication and organisational skills. Excellent MS Office/Excel skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
