We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio and play a key role in maximising its performance, profitability, and lifecycle success. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this is a highly collaborative role working across sales, finance, legal, operations, and supplier partners to ensure products are market‑ready, compliant, and commercially successful. The Role As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of your product area — from roadmap creation and launch, through to performance optimisation and supplier management. You’ll bridge product strategy and go‑to‑market execution, ensuring every launch lands successfully and continues to deliver value. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage a six‑monthly product roadmap for your assigned portfolio * Successfully launch factory‑developed products and services in line with launch guidelines * Identify and introduce local products and services that enhance the overall offering * Source and manage suppliers, including specification development, negotiation, and contract completion * Ensure all products, services, and suppliers meet Sharp compliance and legal standards * Create and maintain performance dashboards, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement * Work closely with sales channels and internal stakeholders to support product adoption and success * Act as a positive ambassador for Product Marketing, building strong cross‑functional relationships * Support product planning and development requests from ESBC and factory teams About You You’ll be a confident, analytical, and results‑focused professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence across the organisation. As an Operations Manager based in our Wakefield Hub, youll make sure our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. Youll manage a team of Operations Administrators and Coordinators, working across multiple systems and utilising customer-facing examination and assessment platforms. The practical bits: This is a full-time role, based at our hub in Wakefield (located at WF1 2UF). Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00 but we flex this during summer, therefore your contract will reflect these arrangements. Our team is hybrid, working three days in the office per week (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days from home (Monday and Friday). Please note however that all contracts are office based. Occasional travel may be required for internal and external meetings. Note: Our Wakefield office is dog friendly - so dont be surprised if your meeting includes a wagging tail or two.
