Your role at Eye Security You will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing insurance broker partners in order to sell our Cyber Insurance solution in collaboration with insurance brokers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals. You will provide the basis for successful collaboration and ongoing development of our business relationships with our partners. From drafting contracts to closing deals, you provide professional support to our partners. You will develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness. You will present our solutions at trade fairs and events. You will develop close and cooperative partnership s with your colleagues from Sales and Marketing. What you will need You are experienced in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships. You have analytical skills and a solid strategic planning ability. You have an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and are a team player, striving to find solutions. You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). You have strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. You are used to working with ambitious targets. You have or would like to gain understanding of cybersecurity landscape and are able to integrate it into partner / client / service models. You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time. Senior Lead, Project Management (m/f/x)

We're looking for a Project Management Lead to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across Eye Security. You'll own project delivery spanning IT infrastructure, product engineering, finance, and company-wide programmes while establishing our project management standards, tooling, and ways of working while leading a team of project managers. You will work closely with leadership in all business functions to bring structure and momentum to initiatives that matter. Your Role at Eye • Lead and deliver complex, concurrent projects spanning multiple areas of the business. • Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success criteria from kick-off to close-out. • Maintain clear, consistent project status communication to stakeholders at all levels. • Identify blockers early and drive resolution, keeping projects on track. • Manage, coach, and develop a team of project managers. • Establish shared project management standards, tooling, and ways of working across the organisation. • Own and evolve project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or hybrid) to fit organisational needs. • Drive post-project reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery. Who You Are • 6+ years of project management experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Track record managing projects across IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams. • Proven skill at building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Atlassian/Jira. • Excellent analytical and organisational skills to manage competing priorities at pace. • Experience in fast-growing scale-ups or tech companies within SaaS or cybersecurity environments is considered plus. • Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall/structured delivery methods and PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
