DESCRIPTION Lead Fulfillment Associate The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All role types will include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them and keeping their work areas safe. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center. There are several types of roles that hold different job-specific responsibilities including: ISS Representative: Power connector. Maintaining the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, as well as the reporting \& re-escalation of tickets submitted to Retail, Vendor Management and Catalog. Plays an integral role in the RC by facilitating resolution or directly resolving problem items that cannot be received in the RC under the normal conditions of receiving. Responsible for the tactical and strategic handling of Retail Request Tickets submitted to them from Corporate. Process Assistant: Smooth operator. Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers. Escalates barriers to Operations leaders. Drives and executes standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily operational goals. Dock Clerk: Dock star. Manage inbound flow from scheduling appointments to time of receives. Duties also include regular communication with carriers, the corporate transportation group, management and dock personnel. The Dock Clerk will be responsible for planning inbound arrivals, ensuring carrier compliance, managing buffers and leading dock personnel. Receiving Clerk: Mega monitor. Scheduling inbound deliveries in dock master using Advance Ship Notices. Duties also include regular communication with carriers, the corporate transportation group and receivers. Responsible for keeping an up to date knowledge of scheduled appointments, monitoring new releases and communicating with other departments, will also be responsible for training back-up clerks. Shipping Clerk: Super shipper. Correspond with multiple shipping companies and their contacts. Use multiple shipping company’s software to ship and track packages. Coordinate trailers to corresponding dock doors and cross docks using OMA tool. Ensure proper processes are followed with the Trailer Dock Release program Non-Inventory Receive Clerk: Non-Inventory guru. Work in a team environment with Procurement to administer the flow of non-inventory goods. Organize supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Research missing shipments. Staging product in work areas. Operate PIT equipment to move goods. Use computer skills to track and receive non-inventory goods. The Regulated Waste Coordinator: Functions as the lead for the Waste Program within the FC where product and hazardous waste sent for resale, donation, or disposal are properly managed in a manner compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Regulated Waste Coordinator provides technical support and tactical execution of the Regulated Waste Procedure, and works in partnership with both Operations and the EHS Teams to maintain compliance while providing oversight over the waste process. Amazon Robotics (AR) Quarterback: Quarterbacks (QB) main responsibility will be monitoring overall floor health of the robotic field and leading the safe and effective work dispatch for Amnesty Floor Monitors, while ensuring minimum impact on downstream operations. QB will coordinate with the local learning, RME, and operations team, using real-time data and dashboards during shifts to drive standard work practices in supporting the building to achieve daily operational goals. Floor Health Monitor: Autonomous, self-sufficient operator. Amnesty Floor Monitor (AFMs) are associates that have undergone specific training to be able to safely access the Amazon Robotic floors and perform a wide range of tasks. Responsibilities for Amnesty Floor Monitors can be from resolving issues on the Amazon Robotics (AR) floor such as restarting a drive, to helping associates at stations with amnesty processing and prevention. Data Analyst: This Data Analyst role will work closely with the ICQA and operations teams in Inbound and Outbound to provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives, root cause investigation of defects, and will provide support to insure compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements. Selection Procedures ------------------------ Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will go through the following examination process: Written Exam: The civil service written exam is a multiple choice format. If the written exam is administered alone, it will be 100% of the overall score. Candidates must achieve a minimum rating of 70% in order to be placed on the eligible list. Oral Exam: The oral exam is a structured interview process that will assess the candidate’s education, training, and experience and may include a practical exercise. The oral exam selection process is not a hiring interview. A panel of up to four people will determine the candidate’s score and rank for placement on the eligible list. Top candidates from the eligible list are referred for hiring interviews. If the oral exam is administered alone, it will be 100% of the overall score. Candidates must achieve a minimum rating of 70% in order to be placed on the eligible list. Written \& Oral Exam: If both a written exam and an oral exam is administered, the written exam is weighted at 60% and the oral exam is weighted at 40% unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. Candidates must achieve a minimum rating of 70% on each examination in order to be placed on the eligible list. Rate-out: A rate-out is an examination that involves a paper rating of the candidate’s application using the following criteria: education, training, and experience. Candidates will not be scheduled for the rate-out process. Note: The rating of 70 referred to may be the same or other than an arithmetic 70% of the total possible points. REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer SALARY: $90,000-$120,000 JOB SUMMARY Under administrative direction, the Director of Behavioral Health Recovery and Care Services provides direction, leadership, and supervision for all aspects of specialized programs and services in assigned Enclaves to ensure high-quality and reliable care. Utilizing established systems this role directs therapeutic, behavioral and recovery care services and staff; ensures safety of staff and residents; and supports implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols. Requiring independent judgment in the organization, supervision, and evaluation of individual and group services, the Director of Behavioral Health Recovery and Care Services assigns and monitors specific staff duties and performance. The Director of Behavioral Health \& recovery Services models Ever Well’s mission and sets the expectations for staff to resident, staff to staff, and resident to resident relationships. The role is expected to promote a therapeutic healing Enclave atmosphere, where residents and staff are treated with understanding, patience, and dignity always. The span of control for this position is at service line level requiring successful management of day-to-day activities, monthly reporting, and quarterly metrics being met. The Director of Behavioral Health \& Recovery Services collaborates with other service line directors and senior managers to ensure Ever Well’s clinical services promote the overall best welfare, health, and wellness of our residents, employees, and key stakeholders. SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: “What You Will Do” Participate in the recruiting and management of Behavioral Health Program and Therapeutic Activities Managers. Monitor planned activity and service delivery success according to stated key performance indicators (KPIs) using established data collection Systems. Reporting monthly at meetings and prepare summary reports for timely review. Oversee the Behavior Health and Recovery Service, supervising the day-to-day functions of Behavioral Health and Therapeutic Activities Program managers and Coordinators, and other behavioral and therapeutic staff. Preserve an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes innovation, patient care quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. Provide leadership and actively manage weekly consultation and coordination of individualized behavioral health supports across the Enclave to facilitate resident progress and recovery. Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate resident participation and satisfaction. Ensure assigned staff encourage residents’ participation in planned activities and services according to their interest and abilities. Ensure completion of all state required and Ever Well agency mandated training of service line personnel. Represent the Behavioral Health \& Recovery Service line in senior level management meetings and ad hoc internal committees related to development, scheduling, implementation and monitoring of services, programs and projects that cross multiple service lines throughout the agency and its affiliates. Engage therapeutic, recovery and behavioral services staff to develop within their current scope of practice and proactively encourage staff to develop within their current scope of practice and proactively encourage staff in pursuit of professional development opportunities. Coordinate and provide in-service training consistent with Ever Well curriculum, agency standards, practices, and policies to therapeutic, recovery and behavioral health services staff and interns. Work in collaboration with other service line directors to ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures and always remain in compliance with CCL regulation and standards. Seek consultation as needed related to substantive program approaches and clinical information. Use program outcomes, KPIs and appropriate consultation to support residential, therapeutic, recovery, behavioral and medication staff. Oversee the Needs and Service (NSP) process using established system. Participate in studies of new and existing projects to determine feasibility, anticipate/resolve problems to increase efficiency, and create revenue opportunities. Participate in development of the annual Residential service line budget, including analysis and estimates of expenditures and revenue. Use established Ever Well systems to coordinate and communicate regarding resident care with facility staff, resident case managers, conservator, family members, etc. as appropriate. Provide direct care services as needed within their established scope of practice and in conjunction with appropriate span of control. Understand and perform duties as a mandated abuse reported Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION \& SKILLS Master’s degree in social work, healthcare administration is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a closely related field that would qualify them as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS). Certification in psychiatric, social, nursing, or recovery service desired. Prior experience of at least 5 years in a mental health setting, of which 2 years should be in a 24-hour residential care setting. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in health care field, 4 years preferred.
