Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Provide compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing care for long-term and short-stay residents, supporting a culture of dignity, safety, and clinical excellence. Key Duties * Perform resident assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards. * Monitor changes in condition and respond with appropriate clinical interventions. * Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and the care team. * Support and guide CNAs while maintaining high-quality nursing practice. * Ensure regulatory compliance and follow infection-control protocols. * Accurately document care and patient status in the medical record. * Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary communication. Qualifications \& Skills * Current RN licensure with strong clinical judgment and assessment skills. * Proficiency in medication administration, documentation, and care planning. * Ability to monitor patient status and collaborate effectively with teams. * Commitment to infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and resident dignity.
