A leading retail-focused company is hiring a Business Analyst - Replenishment and Planning to join their team in support of sales forecasting and inventory management. This temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment. Business Analyst - Replenishment and Planning Responsibilities: * Support end-to-end order processes to improve store in-stock levels and fill rates. * Collaborate on executing import business operations from Asia, working closely with customer service teams. * Participate in analyzing sales trends to optimize weekly POS forecasts and ensure alignment with retail partners. * Drive weekly shipping plans to support POS goals and future order needs. * Present POS demand forecasts and business insights during cross-functional planning meetings. Business Analyst - Replenishment and Planning Qualifications: * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel at a power user level. * Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales analysis, planning, or buying. * Experience with replenishment in seasonal, long-lead-time environments. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actions. * Excellent communication abilities across organizational levels. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Key Responsibilities Implements 4P's (product, placement, promotion and pricing) business tactics that align with brand strategies and meet customer needs. Executes some trade budget tactics for assigned area including Lynx, returns, displays and other promotional efforts. Achieves forecast accuracy by working with CPFR partners. Troubleshoots orders, provides status to customers, and seek to resolve all logistical issues and challenges. Collaborates with finance, supply chain, brand and sales strategy trade customization to align efforts and tactics with customer(s). Acts in the role of primary point of contact for a category or categories with the customer and meets frequently with buyers to discuss tactical matters such as progress to goals, promotional initiatives, issues and competitive threats. Executes new product launches and provides promotional materials appropriate for assigned customer(s). Conducts analysis to assess effectiveness of promotional activities and strategies. Monitors key metrics to measure progress to goals. Utilizes syndicated and customer data to incorporate into sales plans. Tailors customer-and product group specific sales presentations to gain support for recommendations. Participates in regular meetings with additional key customer decision-makers such as Sr. Buyers and Customer Business Analysts Complies with company policy and procedures at all times. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States +4 Years of proven experience in customer development or sales roles Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Rogers, Arkansas office (3100 Market St) and be able to work fully on-site Strong ability to manage large territories and diverse client portfolios Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with customers Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle complex customer issues independently Desired Qualifications Proven ability to craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with corporate goals and customer needs Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging CRM and data visualization tools to drive insights and decision-making.
