Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer III to join our Product Development team. Duties And Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services. Translate business requirements and product features into well-designed technical solutions across frontend and backend systems. Take ownership of projects from discovery and architecture through deployment and ongoing support. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to established development standards and best practices. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team effectiveness. Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, tooling, testing, and deployment practices. Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering team. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered. 6–8+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development. 6+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular. 8+ years of experience with JavaScript development. 6+ years of experience with TypeScript. 8+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies. Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred 5+ years of experience developing backend services with Node.js. 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Heroku.
