Revenue Operations Analyst

WorkCare, IncOrange, CA, USonsite

$75,000 - $80,000/yr

Job Summary The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, reporting, and financial analysis that connect sales pipeline to recognized revenue across the full revenue lifecycle. This role keeps the commercial engine running day-to-day, from new business pipeline through renewals and expansion, and partners with Sales and Marketing to surface the trends that grow revenue and protect retention. The analyst executes within frameworks established by commercial leadership while proactively identifying opportunities to evaluate tools, automation, and reporting design. This is a foundational hire, initially focused on building new business pipeline and revenue recognition, with the opportunity to expand into broader post-sale analytics, including renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention over time. Success is measured first by reliable operational delivery, and second by the quality and initiative of self-directed improvements. Schedule: To be determined by department; additional hours may be required as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Owns recurring reporting across leads, opportunities, pipeline, renewals, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. * Maintains financial models including commission calculations, forecast inputs, and bookings-to-revenue bridges without compromising the integrity of existing logic. * Supports the weekly pipeline forecast process, including data preparation, deal movement tracking, and conversion of pipeline changes into revenue impact. * Owns Salesforce data hygiene, including field maintenance, dashboard upkeep, data quality monitoring, and basic automation (formula fields). * Builds reporting and dashboards for Sales and Marketing, and analyzes trends to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve retention. * Develops post-sale analytics over time, including renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention reporting in partnership with the Strategic Accounts team. * Researches, evaluates, and recommends tools and vendors, and manages implementation, rollout, and end-user enablement. * Documents processes and maintains standard operating procedures so commercial workflows are repeatable and not dependent on any single person. * Supports sales operations mechanics including territory and quota maintenance, deal desk support, and commission plan execution. * Identifies and prototypes automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual effort across the commercial organization. * Performs additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field. * 2-4 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, financial analytics, or commercial analytics. Skills and Competencies (Required) * Demonstrated reliability owning recurring reporting and operational deliverables, with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines. * Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to maintain complex models without breaking existing logic. * Hands-on Salesforce experience, including report and dashboard building, data quality management, and comfort with administrative tasks. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable findings. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance stakeholders. * Sound judgment in handling confidential financial and commercial data. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to a variety of audiences. Skills and Competencies (Preferred) * Experience building reporting in a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, beyond native CRM reporting. * Experience running at least one tool or vendor selection from evaluation through rollout. * A track record of building something useful that was not assigned, such as a dashboard, automation, or model created to close a gap the analyst noticed independently. * Familiarity with AI and automation tooling, ideally demonstrated through self-directed projects rather than coursework alone. * Exposure to revenue recognition concepts or finance systems (for example Sage Intacct or similar). * Exposure to post-sale metrics such as renewal rates, expansion, and net revenue retention. * Experience with automation platforms (for example Power Automate) or scripting (for example Python). Computer Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint. * CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred. * BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) preferred. * Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly as the commercial tech stack evolves. Physical Demands * Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk. * Some bending and stretching could be required. * Working under stress and use of computer/phone required. * Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard and mouse. * Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch. * May occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Work Environment * Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction. * At home set up must meet all Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements. This position has a salary range of $75,000-$80,000. Final compensation for this position depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. Benefits for this position include paid time off; medical, dental, vision, and critical illness insurance; HSA, HRA, and FSA; life and disability insurance; EAP; 401K; legal and identity theft coverage; pet insurance and more. We pride ourselves on a team-based, supportive, respectful working environment and prioritize this ideal. We look forward to getting to know you! \Applications submitted without including your Resume AND responses to the Application Questions will not be considered.\ Job Summary: We are in search of a part-time Evaluation Coordinator to work 1-4 DAYS per month, with a guaranteed pay of $150 per day of work and mileage reimbursement at a generous rate. This position is for assignments on Mondays through Fridays and requires that you are flexible to accept those shifts with approximately 20 days of notice. This is the PERFECT opportunity for an online student or a parent looking for a bit of work on an as-needed basis. As our company grows, there may be the opportunity for more shifts, but this job is not a track to a full-time position. We are a small team and seek individuals who are maximally flexible and committed. Your role would be welcoming scheduled patients to one of our satellite offices (usually 1-2 patients, no more than 5 patients per day). You would be administering paperwork and assisting the physician with simple administrative tasks related to the patients that day. You would have downtime to engage in your own quiet activities (study, read, computer use) as you oversee the reception area, scan completed patient paperwork, and greet incoming patients while the doctor privately interviews patients. We provide mileage at a generous rate and parking reimbursement (if applicable). You will need to bring your own laptop computer to the site but will be provided a portable scanner and Wi-Fi. Therefore, home online access, a personal cell phone, a laptop computer, and solid computer skills are required to apply for this position. This is the perfect opportunity to get your feet wet in medicine and legal services, with minimal time commitment and the possibility of mentorship in the medical-legal field. Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff
