Under the supervision of the Director of Healthy Living, and as a member of the SSYMCA Health \& Wellness team, a Personal Trainer is responsible for working closely with individual members providing accommodation, instruction and motivation toward a healthy lifestyle in either one-on-one, semi-private, or small group sessions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Conducts initial client consultations and develops an individualized, effective and safe exercise regimen according to the clients’ goals and level of fitness. This personalized regime includes a wide range of choices and variations of exercises. * Follows sound exercise science protocols and guidelines. * Observes and discusses individual progress with participants and maintains complete and confidential client records. * Supports participant’s behavior changes through encouraging exercise adherence and regimen compliance. * Tracks, monitors, evaluates and transitions program participants when needed. * Interacts with members, maintains a clean and safe environment, and identifies potential volunteers. * Delivers a high level of customer service and ensures a positive experience. * Plans and instructs classes in a specialty area, if applicable. * Develops positive relationships with participants and provides motivational support and guidance. * Increases participant awareness of all healthy lifestyle factors. * Attends staff meetings and approved trainings as required. * Sets up and takes down equipment and reports equipment problems, when needed. * Ensures safe and effective sessions and responds to, and reports, accidents and incidents. * Conveys basic knowledge of all SSYMCA Health \& Wellness program areas to participants and refers members to the appropriate program director or staff. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES: * Developing self and others * Collaboration * Inclusion QUALIFICATIONS: * Trainer should be at least 18 years of age. * High school education or equivalent is required. * The position requires a background in physical fitness activities and a nationally recognized personal trainer certification (i.e., NASM, ACE, AFAA). * It is the responsibility of the instructor to maintain certifications. * Additionally, it is the trainer’s monetary responsibility to maintain those certifications. * Trainer should demonstrate people skills to be able to work well with members, coworkers and supervisors. Upon hire: * Current Child \& Infant and Adult CPR, AED and First Aid must be obtained within 30-days of hire and be current throughout length of employment. * South Sound YMCA’s - New Employee Orientation must be obtained within 45-days of hire. * Foundations of Listen First must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Join a data team that turns complex health care data into clear insights that improve care and inform policy across Washington’s Medicaid program. This Data Specialist role uses analytics, visualization, and programming to combine data from claims, medical records, and surveys into actionable findings that support system transformation and reporting. The position is telework-eligible within Washington State, offers meaningful impact on public health outcomes, and focuses on practical problem-solving through data. All HCA employees will apply an equity lens to their work, which may include but is not limited to all analyses of core business and processes. About the division: The DATA (Data Acquisition, Transformation and Analytics) team of HCA, within the Strategy, Policy, and Innovation (SPI), is responsible for leading agency data strategy; and leading the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the data management, analytics and reporting systems that inform agency leadership in support of HCA’s goals, as well as for monitoring program performance to ensure accountability and alignment with agency activities About the position: This position utilizes mathematics, statistics, and specialized programming to extract knowledge from structured and unstructured health care data. As a Data Scientist, the focus is on data analytics and visualization development, in support of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP), Washington State's Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver that allows the state to create and develop projects, activities, and services that improve Washington's health care system. This position will support the development of actionable insights that can be used to improve health care outcomes, solve problems, meet reporting requirements and make informed policy decisions. This position is eligible to telework and is typically not required to report on-site. The default assigned work location of all Health Care Authority (HCA) positions – both on-site and telework eligible positions – is within the State of Washington. This position reports to Olympia, WA. Frequency of onsite work will vary based on business and operational needs. HCA has currently suspended the ability to support out-of-state telework. About the Position Pond is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the advanced manufacturing sector, with a focus on medical device, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other high-tech regulated industries. The ideal candidate brings a strong industry network and a proven track record of success in process-driven sales within an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management) environment. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Pond’s national presence by identifying and converting high-value opportunities with advanced manufacturing clients. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, market directors, and technical teams to position Pond’s integrated AEC capabilities to meet the unique regulatory and operational challenges of advanced manufacturing clients. Key Responsibilities Drive business development across medical device, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing markets. Lead the full business development lifecycle: prospecting, lead qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal development, and closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline, tracking activity in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, HubSpot). Collaborate with marketing, proposal teams, and technical subject matter experts to create client-focused strategies and materials. Deliver executive-level client presentations and pursuit strategies tailored to highly regulated manufacturing environments. Partner closely with project management and engineering teams to align client requirements with technical solutions, including process engineering and facility design. Travel as required for client engagement, team coordination, and industry events. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the AEC industry, with demonstrated success in one or more advanced manufacturing sectors (medical device, pharma, semiconductor, etc.). Ability to build and grow a book of business in regulated and compliance-driven environments. Strong understanding of how A/E/CM services support facility design, production processes, process engineering, and validation requirements. Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Deltek, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams. Ability to travel 30–50% as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience navigating complex, long-cycle sales and procurement processes. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards across advanced manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of cleanrooms, sterilization, process facilities, and distribution networks. * Background in developing go-to-market strategies or launching new service offerings in technical markets.
