The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of metal fabrication projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of metal fabrication processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Project Planning \& Coordination + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. + Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Client Communication + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. + Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Budget \& Cost Control + Prepare and manage project budgets. + Monitor costs and implement corrective actions when necessary. Quality Assurance + Ensure all fabricated components meet client specifications and industry standards. + Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve any issues. Risk Management + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Team Leadership + Supervise and guide project team members. + Foster collaboration between departments.
