Job Description (Duties \& Responsibilities) Install, commission, and maintain 3-phase electrical systems Install and connect solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage solutions Work on commercial and industrial solar installations above 50kW Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and fault finding on electrical and solar systems Ensure all installations comply with SANS standards and safety regulations Work with project managers and installation teams to complete projects efficiently Provide technical feedback and reports after installations Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and inspections Maintain professional communication with clients on site Job Requirements Valid 3-Phase Wireman’s License (Required) Qualified Installation Electrician (IE) Proven experience with 3-phase electrical systems Solar installation experience on systems above 50kW (Required) Experience with hybrid inverters and battery storage systems (advantageous) Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions Valid driver’s license (preferred) Willing to travel within Gauteng and surrounding areas Why SunBox Solar?
