Solar Installer

**Job Description (Duties \& Responsibilities)** * Install, commission, and maintain 3\-phase electrical systems * Install and connect solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage solutions * Work on commercial and industrial solar installations above 50kW * Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and fault finding on electrical and solar systems * Ensure all installations comply with SANS standards and safety regulations * Work with project managers and installation teams to complete projects efficiently * Provide technical feedback and reports after installations * Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and inspections * Maintain professional communication with clients on site **Job Requirements** * Valid 3\-Phase Wireman’s License (Required) * Qualified Installation Electrician (IE) * Proven experience with 3\-phase electrical systems * **Solar installation experience on systems above 50kW (Required)** * Experience with hybrid inverters and battery storage systems (advantageous) * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions * Valid driver’s license (preferred) * Willing to travel within Gauteng and surrounding areas **Why SunBox Solar?** * Competitive salary with market\-related compensation * Fuel and phone allowance will be provided as part of your compensation package. * Company vehicle provided * Opportunities for growth and career development in a rapidly growing industry. * Work with a passionate team that takes pride in the work they do.
