You’ll be successful when your analysis answers important questions, your reports are reliable and easy to understand, and your insights help people make informed decisions. What We’re Looking For We value someone who is thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely interested in understanding data. You don’t need to have every answer right away, but you should be comfortable exploring problems, learning from feedback, and working with others to find the right answers.
