Prepare and submit weekly/monthly invoicing to the client as required. Perform reconciliations of cash received and do the necessary allocation to invoices. On a monthly basis, follow up on all overdue invoices or any variances on the client account. Prepare monthly financial reports for management. * Provide finance support to operational teams.

Key Role WSP South Africa is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer specialising in bulk materials handling who will function as a senior design engineer and project manager on bulk materials handling projects in South Africa and also able to support the international business as required. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-disciplinary teams of Engineers, Designers and other staff through completion of multiple simultaneous projects ranging from small to large with a wide range of complexities and requirements Project management and interfacing with other engineering disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects Provide technical input from initial assessment through technical and economic feasibility to design development and construction implementation to project close out Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, regulatory authorities and technical agencies, and the public.
