BCBA Job Summary Location: Davie, FL (33314) Compensation: $75–$85/hour Settings: School and Home Work Hours: minimum of 6 hours week - 4h (97155) + 2h (97156) PA approved until 06/01/2026, with remaining hours usage: 5.44h/week for 97155, and 2.75h/week for 97156 Medicaid (MPI) and School Badge necessary We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for one case in Davie (zip code 33314), at school and home settings . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plan for an eleven-year-old client. The BCBA will work closely with the client, family, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for the individual receiving care. Experience Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.), develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. Administer BASC-3 and Vineland-3 to caregivers when necessary. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis to address challenging behaviors. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights on best practices. Submit time sheets and reports (e.g., reauthorization, monthly documents) on time Complete daily progress notes Qualifications Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with ASD, ADHD and other developmental or behavioral disorders is required. MUST have an MPI and School Badge MUST have a PCM Certificate MUST speak English. Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and medical documentation standards. Proficiency in data collection methods related to patient care and behavioral analysis. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
