**BCBA Job Summary** **Location: Davie, FL (33314\)** **Compensation: $75–$85/hour** **Settings: School and Home** **Work Hours: minimum of 6 hours week \- 4h (97155\) \+ 2h (97156\)** *PA approved until* ***06/01/2026****, with remaining hours usage: 5\.44h/week for 97155, and 2\.75h/week for 97156* * **Medicaid (MPI) and School Badge necessary** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for one case in Davie (zip code 33314\), at school and home settings . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plan for an **eleven\-year\-old** client. The BCBA will work closely with the client, family, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for the individual receiving care. **Experience** * Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. * Conduct assessments (VB\-MAPP, ABLLS\-R, etc.), develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. * Administer BASC\-3 and Vineland\-3 to caregivers when necessary. * Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral therapy techniques. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Implement evidence\-based practices in applied behavior analysis to address challenging behaviors. * Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights on best practices. * Submit time sheets and reports (e.g., reauthorization, monthly documents) on time * Complete daily progress notes **Qualifications** * Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required. * Experience working with individuals with ASD, ADHD and other developmental or behavioral disorders is required. * **MUST have an MPI and School Badge** * **MUST have a PCM Certificate** * **MUST speak English.** * Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and medical documentation standards. * Proficiency in data collection methods related to patient care and behavioral analysis. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
