The role will be an owner of one or more business units, systems, and collection of reports. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst will be to provide daily and routine support of existing business processes, intake and work reporting requests, respond to ad-hoc reporting needs, analyze business process issues, and elicit requirements and user stories for small to medium sized projects. The Business Analyst will maintain a technology roadmap through partnership with the business units to understand and document existing and future needs, all while adhering to the vision and strategies of the groups.
