(11661)Account Manager * Position Title: Account Manager * Total Compensation Range: $42,000 per year * General Location: Cheraw/Pageland * Headcount Responsibility: Approximately 4 employees * Shift/Hours: 3:00 pm - Midnight Monday - Friday Success Profile SEJ is looking for an individual who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The right candidate brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability, experience managing hourly labor in a service-based industry, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities * Operations: Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure all services meet quality and safety expectations, conduct inspections and safety audits, and monitor inventory and supply ordering * Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach assigned employees. Manage staff performance, including discipline and terminations as needed, while building and maintaining a stable, safe, and reliable workforce * Customer Service: Serve as primary point of contact for client leadership, including regular walkthroughs and meetings, and resolving issues quickly and professionally * Financial: Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee appreciation budgets * Growth: Identify and sell additional service opportunities (tag work) and ensure successful execution. Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen overall performance Qualifications * Background \& Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements * Experience: Prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment preferred; janitorial or facility services experience a plus * Leadership: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, lead teams, and hold employees accountable * Flexibility: Must be willing to work a full-time flexible schedule across shifts as business needs require * Hands-On Support: Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT. * Travel: Must be willing to drive from Cheraw, SC to Pageland, SC daily. Company vehicle provided * Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements * Communication \& Technology: Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic computer and mobile systems * Organization: Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift. Scribe - PRN - Orthopedics - Cheraw SC Responsibilities: The medical scribe is responsible for recording accurate patient progress notes verbalized by the physician’s interaction with the patient relevant to the chart. Progress notes may include history of present illness, physical exam findings, medical decision making, laboratory results, radiology findings, consultations and dispositions. The medical scribe does not interject his or her own opinions, impressions and does not interpret clinical information. The medical scribe is a clerical related task whereby a trained medical professional transcribes verbal communications between the provider and the patient. The medical scribe may only perform scribe related tasks, once the physician enters the exam room. The scribe role is 100% scribe and is not to be asked to perform other duties such as injections, obtaining vitals, and authorizations. The medical scribe is required to review and comply with the Scribing policies and procedures defined by McLeod Health adhering to all policies and procedures at all times. The scribe, along with the provider, will acknowledge that he/she understands their responsibility as set forth by the policy. The scribe and provider will insert specific documentation, as outlined by the scribe policies and procedures, to acknowledge the patient information was transcribed by a scribe. The scribe and the provider will capture this documentation at the time of service in order to remain compliant with CMS guidelines. Performs all other duties as assigned by the practice manager. Qualifications: Three (3) years office experience in a position dealing with the public. * Post high school training in medical terminology preferred.
