Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder \& CEO Location: Downtown Brighton, MI | Full-Time | High-Responsibility Role Foguth Financial Group is a nationally recognized investment advisory and wealth management firm headquartered in Downtown Brighton, Michigan. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Personal Assistant to support our Founder \& CEO, Michael Foguth — a high-performing entrepreneur, author, and leader of multiple companies. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with the urgency, precision, and discretion required to support an executive with a packed schedule, significant business responsibilities, and a large family. If you are ambitious, organized, proactive, and energized by being “two steps ahead,” this role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with a nationally visible CEO and play an integral part in his daily efficiency and success. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Executive \& Personal Support * Manage and protect the CEO’s calendar with a proactive, forward-thinking approach * Anticipate needs, prepare for upcoming obligations, and remove obstacles before they arise * Screen and route incoming calls, emails, visitors, and requests (personal + professional) * Handle urgent or time-sensitive changes, including occasional after-hours requests (e.g., travel adjustments) * Coordinate all travel arrangements — business, personal, and family — including itineraries, logistics, and changes * Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal staff, family members, external partners, and vendors Family \& Household Management * Coordinate schedules, appointments, and projects involving the CEO’s family * Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and residential project teams * Monitor inventories, manage returns, track credits, and oversee household operational needs Administrative \& Operational Excellence * Schedule and prepare for meetings, events, and conferences * Take notes, track action items, and follow up on task completion * Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information at all times * Support miscellaneous personal tasks and requests to keep the CEO’s day running smoothly * Work closely with the main office to execute day‑to‑day needs Note: Up to 80% of this role’s daily tasks support the CEO’s personal and family‑related needs, with the remaining 20% of the time focused on professional responsibilities across multiple companies. What Success Looks Like You are: * Always two steps ahead * Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly * Extremely organized with impeccable follow-through * Confident handling high expectations and high responsibility * Comfortable supporting a fast-moving executive with a demanding schedule * A natural problem-solver who jumps in wherever needed Must-Have Skills \& Experience * Microsoft Outlook \& Microsoft 365 Super User * Exceptional written and verbal communication * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency * Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independent decision-making * Experience supporting executives or high-net-worth individuals (preferred but not required) This Role Is NOT for Everyone This role is demanding and fast-paced.
