THE OPPORTUNITY: The Account Manager manages a more complex or specialized book of insurance business, and provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. They may work independently, as part of a team or with a Producer to provide client advocacy, client retention, write new client accounts or lines of coverage as needed. Account Manager is responsible to follow our best practices and broker standards. DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES: * Service day to day client needs including, fielding phone calls, email, and other communication relative to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc. * Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewal process including obtaining updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the Producer and the client (where applicable) and invoicing * Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in quote proposal * Manage client relationship ensuring satisfaction * Manage and delegate work as needed to Associate Account Managers I and II to ensure their progress and workload is appropriate * Manage/Maintain relationships with underwriters to ensure positive results for clients, and negotiate coverage with underwriters * Ensure the completion and accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, review of policies for accuracy and creation of client policy summaries and binders * Responsible to set up and maintain electronic records * Use best practices and internal broker standards for service and maintenance of client files and information * Training and collaboration with team members to share and educate on coverage, exposures and client knowledge * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School or Equivalent * P\&C Insurance Producer License Required * Alaska specific experience a plus * 5 + years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES: * Four or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred * Exceptional customer service skills * Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills * Strong data entry skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong organization and follow up skills * Ability to effectively work in a team environment * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization * Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred but not required WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Monitors, interprets, and documents vital signs and physiological responses to exercise. Works closely with integrated multidisciplinary teams, divisions, and villages to address customer-owner’s individualized needs and/or chronic conditions. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. Qualifications: SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. Athletic Trainer Needed for Private Practice Clinic Position

Position Overview: A private out-patient clinic, with it’s primary location in Anchorage, Alaska. Coastal also has satellite clinics in Wasilla and Fairbanks. Our team of Board Certified Providers are dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized medical care to both adult and pediatric patients across the great state of Alaska. Dr. Christine Woods is a specialist in sports related neurology, traumatic brain injury and headache medicine,and she is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer for clinical support to join our practice. This dual-role position involves providing comprehensive support in both athletic training capacity and medical assistance, ensuring high-quality comprehensive care for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with sports-related injuries and headaches, including SCAT6, SCOAT6, and SWAY software (will provide training on administration of these as needed) - patient rooming - including taking medical histories, reviewing current medications and taking vital signs, and documenting in the electronic medical record system - aiding in out patient referral care coordination for neurology patients and post concussion care - Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs - Provide patient education on injury prevention and recovery strategies, including customized home rehabilitation activities to support recovery and return to sports - patient call backs for results and treatment plan updates - Support the physician during examinations and procedures when needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation each visit - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care Qualifications: - Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) from a Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) - accredited program - Strong understanding of sports medicine, concussion assessment and up to date protocols preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults with and without disabilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity If you have additional experience in these areas, these are helpful but not a requirement for application: - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems - Experience in a clinical or outpatient practice setting - Experience with SWAY software - Experience or background education in the neurosciences Benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive health benefits package: \\ - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - Supportive, fun and dynamic work environment.
