As an Implementation Project Manager at BillingPlatform, you will lead customer-facing implementation projects that are critical to our clients’ success and to BillingPlatform’s growth. You will drive delivery excellence across the full implementation lifecycle—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and designed for long-term customer adoption and value realization. This role requires balancing program governance, customer success, and technical delivery oversight. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal Professional Services, Product, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with best practices in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
