Onboarding Specialist (Non-Clinical) – Human Resources Pay: $25.00 - $30.00; based off experience Location: Fully remote – candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area. (First day onsite required to pick up equipment and verify system access.) Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess compliance risks, interpret regulatory requirements, and develop effective strategies to ensure adherence to standards. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information, expectations, and procedures to new hires, internal transfers and various departments within the organization. * Regulatory Knowledge: With general direction, knowledge of healthcare regulations is required of this role. The specialist should understand federal, state, and local regulations affecting healthcare operations and patient care. This includes familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, such as EEOC, FCRA, HIPAA, OSHA, State and National License and Certification requirements and other pertinent guidelines. Understanding fair hiring practices and knowledge of E-Verify compliance is required of this role. * Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on changes in healthcare regulations and compliance standards is essential.
