Events - Senior 3D Designer

We are looking for a talented Events \& Exhibition - Senior 3D Designer to develop compelling visual concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential environments. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with strong technical design skills to deliver visually impressive concepts that can be translated into practical, buildable solutions. Important: Applicants must currently reside in the UAE, be fluent in Arabic, and be available to work from our Abu Dhabi office. Key Responsibilities * Conceptualise and develop 3D designs for exhibition booths, event venues, stage backdrops, brand activations, and temporary installations. * Translate client briefs and creative directions into distinctive spatial concepts and detailed visual presentations. * Produce realistic 3D renderings, layouts, and presentation materials for client pitches and project approvals. * Develop design solutions that balance visual impact, functionality, budget, and technical feasibility. * Coordinate with project management, fabrication, production, and technical teams to ensure designs can be executed as planned. * Incorporate client comments and internal feedback into design revisions throughout the project lifecycle. * Apply appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and structural elements to enhance the overall design. * Keep up with new design techniques, materials, software, and creative developments in the events and exhibition sector. Requirements * At least 6 years of professional 3D design experience within events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or live event production. * A strong portfolio featuring exhibition stands, event spaces, stage environments, and branded installations. * Advanced working knowledge of 3D design and visualisation tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software. * Good understanding of fabrication techniques, exhibition construction, materials, and on-site production requirements. * Previous experience delivering projects in the UAE or wider GCC market is highly desirable. * Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. * Must currently be based in the UAE and willing to work on-site in Abu Dhabi. * Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments within demanding deadlines. * Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with clients and cross-functional teams.
