Job Description As part of the Pricing and Analytics team within Banking and Cash Solutions, you will direct product pricing, ongoing rate-setting, data modeling, product analysis, and ad hoc reporting for Cash and Deposit products. Additionally, you will lead the analytics for the product pricing process and ensure accurate information is provided for business decision-making. The pricing team is responsible for driving revenue, margin, and sales through the delivery of optimized pricing guidance. Direct development and refinement of product pricing, profitability and financial models for Cash and Deposit Products using analytical and business expertise including collecting, evaluating, and analyzing pricing-related internal and external data and developing pricing models based upon current business, economic and market dynamics. Work with product management staff to develop pricing strategies for Cash and Deposit products that balance client value, profitability and growth of the business. Provide guidance to staff to apply the results of financial models to business decisions such as pricing strategies, investment strategies, and product design. Provide oversight for rate implementation and accuracy validation for weekly rate-setting processes. Provide fast turnaround product analysis through self and staff in support of business decisions and project activities for Cash and Deposit products. Develop subject matter expertise with respect to data sources as well as product features and benefits. Develop and deepen relationships with Finance, Investments, Treasury, and Risk Management to create and review model assumptions and output that impacts business decisions. Design executive communications for Cash and Deposit products that synthesize data to form a story to contrast or compare to industry or historical business trends. Find opportunities to develop these skills in staff. Oversee the preparation of sweep daily balance reports, monthly revenue validation, and other ad-hoc data and analysis requests as needed to support management decision-making. Audit existing pricing processes to ensure all risk and control processes are being met. Maintain a strong control environment through oversight of financial controls. Occasionally provide staff to participate in product implementation efforts and on project teams as product subject matter expert, including test planning and execution. Lead staff to review product materials such as prospectuses, marketing materials, webpages, etc. for accuracy and completeness. Lead and develop junior team members to perform key analyses, BAU, advanced analytics and process improvements. Overview An experienced Products and Solutions Director required by the RTP Global Program to define solutions and build out the value propositions for specific customers or market segments, leveraging the RTP Global product portfolio and associated Mastercard products. Role The Products and Solutions Director role is responsible for providing product, technical \& functional and solution knowledge. During Bid stages, work closely with Sales/Business Development and Product colleagues in RTP and regions to: * Lead the elicitation and analysis of customer requirements, both functional and technical. to the level these can be articulated both externally to clients and internally. * Be responsible for determining the solution based on the best fit of RTP/MA products and defining the enhancements/configurations that would be needed. * Support the estimation process by presenting the functional and technical changes to the internal teams providing the estimates. * Review and challenge the estimates. * Create presentations showcasing customer requirements, RTP/MA product capabilities and solutions and present this to the customer and internal teams. * Be responsible for the functional/solution sections of bid response documents to describe the solution and its benefits. * Knowledge of corporate and product strategy to strategically align product solutions and customer proposals and feed this back into strategy.
