Job Title: Deployment \& Training Specialist Department: Training / Deployments Reports To: Director of Training (Travis Sheffield) Location: Remote with frequent travel (50%+); preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Travel Requirement: Extensive (3–5 business days per trip; occasionally two consecutive weeks) At HALO Diagnostics (HALO Dx), we recognize that every patient is unique. Role Overview: The Deployment \& Training Specialist plays a critical role in launching new HALO partner centers and ensuring HALO Navigators are fully prepared to operate independently. The role is split approximately 50/50 between remote training support and on-site deployment work. This individual ensures that, by the end of the on-site launch period, the assigned HALO Navigator is confident, competent, and ready to function independently after the first week. Key Responsibilities Training Support (Remote – ~50%) Support the Training team in onboarding and training new HALO Navigators. Assist with virtual training sessions, reinforcement of workflows, and ongoing skills development. Serve as a subject-matter resource for operational, clinical, and workflow-related questions. Partner with the Director of Training to ensure training standards and expectations are met. Deployment \& Launch Support (On-Site – ~50%) ======================================================= Travel to partner centers across various cities and states to support new site launches. Participate in required launch preparation calls beginning approximately two weeks prior to go-live. Become thoroughly familiar with each partner center’s workflow, staffing model, and operational nuances prior to launch. Work side-by-side with the assigned HALO Navigator during the 3–5 day on-site launch period to reinforce training, identify and close knowledge gaps, and validate readiness for independent operation after the first week. Plan, coordinate, and host on-site Lunch \& Learn sessions for partner center staff. Manage catered food ordering and on-site logistics for Lunch \& Learns and training sessions. Act as the on-site HALO representative, supporting issue resolution and ensuring launch readiness. Coordinate travel and on-site logistics with the Project Management team. Cross-Functional Collaboration ======================================= Report directly to the Director of Training. Work closely with Project Management to align on timelines, travel, and launch execution. Collaborate with Training, Operations, and other internal HALO teams to escalate issues and ensure launch success. Qualifications Experience in training, implementation, deployment, or operational support roles. Ability to coach, assess, and validate readiness of trainees in real-world environments. Comfortable with frequent travel and extended time on-site. Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. High degree of autonomy, accountability, and professionalism. Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or project nanagement preferred but not required Healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical operations experience.
