We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Copywriter to join our Marketing team and help bring the Milan brand to life through compelling, engaging content. About The Role As our Content Copywriter, you'll play an important role in shaping how Milan connects with our audience. From social media and email campaigns to website content, digital advertising, and blogs, you'll create copy that captures attention, tells our story, and drives results. You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing and external agency partners to develop creative campaigns, maintain a consistent brand voice, and find new ways to connect with our clients. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, strong writing skills, and a passion for creating content that makes an impact. What You'll Do * Create Engaging Content: Write compelling copy for websites, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and other marketing materials. * Bring Our Brand to Life: Help shape and maintain Milan's brand voice through creative storytelling, campaign messaging, and content that connects with our audience. * Support Marketing Campaigns: Develop attention-grabbing headlines, email subject lines, social captions, and promotional messaging designed to drive engagement and conversions. * Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Social Media, and external agencies to brainstorm ideas, develop content strategies, and execute creative campaigns. * Optimize Content for Performance: Use research, SEO best practices, audience insights, and performance data to create content that resonates and delivers measurable results. * Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI to support content development, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining creativity, accuracy, and brand consistency. * Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail, and cultural trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to our content. * Edit and Refine: Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Milan's brand standards. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. * Experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role required. * 3+ years of writing experience in a brand, agency, or in-house creative environment preferred. * A strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates creativity, storytelling, and excellent writing skills required. * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. * Strong understanding of content marketing, marketing strategy, and creative best practices across web, email, social media, and paid advertising. * Ability to adapt writing style, tone, and messaging for different audiences and platforms. * Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to use insights to improve content effectiveness. * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * A creative mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept through execution and develop content that drives results.
