This role needs someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, product managers, and technology teams to define product vision, gather and articulate requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of payment solutions. What we’re looking for: * Strong experience in Business Analysis / Product Management * Expertise in requirement elicitation, solutioning, detailing, and documentation * Ability to create business flows, mind maps, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Strong experience with payment processing , settlements, reconciliation, and financial transactions * Knowledge of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, card networks (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets, real-time payments, and cross-border payments * Experience with platforms like Stripe, PayPal, Adyen , or similar * Familiarity with TCS BaNCS, GPP, C2P, Volante , or equivalent payment systems is a big plus * Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Aha, MIRO, Visio, Figma, draw.io * Good understanding of API-based payment integrations, SQL, Agile methodologies * Knowledge of regulations like PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC is highly valued Key responsibilities: * Lead requirement workshops with client SMEs and stakeholders * Translate product vision into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Analyze payment workflows and identify opportunities for optimization * Work with UI/UX teams to improve feature usability and visualization * Partner with engineering teams during grooming, sprint planning, design, testing, and implementation * Track payment KPIs, transaction performance, fraud risks, and compliance requirements * Act as the bridge between business and technical teams for successful product delivery

This role requires deep functional expertise in domestic payment processing, excellent requirements management skills, and technical proficiency in payment data analysis. Required Qualifications \& Experience * A minimum of 6+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience in the Banking Payments domain. * Strong hands-on experience with ACH and Wire Payments , specifically covering the domestic payments lifecycle, processing, and exception handling. * Excellent knowledge of requirements management methodologies and tools, including documenting and maintaining BRD, FRD/FSD, RTM, user stories, and acceptance criteria . * Proficient in SQL for querying payment data, including complex operations such as joins, subqueries, data validations, and reconciliation analysis. * Proven experience with modern payment systems and standards, including SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022 , and Fedwire modernization initiatives.
