Completing skills and behavior assessments. Creating and implementing individual treatment plans. Supervising and conducting hands-on training of the Behavior Technicians. Collaborating with other therapies and service providers. Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing What You Bring: PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis Current CPR and First Aid certification Safety-Care certification is a plus * Current clearances (within 6 months) About us: PRO Companies is a dynamic organization that employs professionals across diverse positions within their human services and health and wellness divisions.
