Required Skills \& Qualifications* 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience * Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Sage 100 — this is a non-negotiable requirement * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting * Solid understanding of core accounting principles (debits, credits, GL structure, reconciliation) * Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy * Good English communication skills for daily coordination with the US-based finance team.
