Key Responsibilities * Liaise with professional and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure the effective delivery of care. * Support our care workers, supervisors, and field‑based teams. * Respond to incoming queries in a timely, professional manner. * Schedule care visits, manage changes, and communicate updates clearly within the branch. * Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Ideal Candidate You will: * Have an excellent telephone manner and a positive, professional attitude. * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * Be confident communicating with staff, customers, families, and external professionals. * Have experience in administration, planning, or multi-tasking roles. * Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change. * Demonstrate logical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills. * Be IT‑confident. Experience with People Planner, Access Care Planning, or CM Mobile is desired but not essential (full training provided).
