What We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong Data Product Manager who can comfortably operate between technical teams and commercial/customer stakeholders. Ideally, You’ll Bring * 8+ years' Product Management experience * Strong experience owning Data Products, measurement or analytics Products * Experience across media measurement, advertising insights, AdTech, MarTech, retail media or a closely related environment * Knowledge of attribution, incrementality, media mix modelling (MMM) and audience segmentation * Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media or data-driven media planning * Experience working closely with Data Science, Data/Engineering and Analytics teams * Strong customer discovery, roadmap and prioritisation skills * The ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear Product decisions * Strong commercial thinking and an understanding of how data Products ultimately create customer and business value * Experience operating across complex stakeholder environments and influencing without direct authority. Experience in retail media, eCommerce, complex SaaS platforms or enterprise software would be highly regarded. Why This Role? You’ll be joining a leading business at the forefront of retail media and digital advertising, working with sophisticated data and a Product ecosystem where measurement and audience intelligence have direct commercial impact. If you’re a Data Product Manager who enjoys getting into the complexity of data, measurement and advertising, while still owning the customer problem and Product outcome, we’d love to hear from you. Platform Product Manager – Developer Experience Shape a new developer platform for a healthcare organisation. Own the roadmap, solve engineering friction and drive adoption. * First product hire in a new Developer Experience platform team. * Own platform strategy, discovery and adoption across engineering teams. * Help engineers deliver faster, with security and compliance built in. Build a platform engineers choose to use. Our client, an established healthcare organisation undertaking a major technology modernisation, is building a Developer Experience platform to do exactly that. The ambition is to give engineering teams clear, pre-approved, self-service paths from code to production, with security, compliance and reliability built into the process. As the first product appointment in the new platform team, you’ll shape what gets built, which problems get solved first and how the platform proves its value. The opportunity Reporting to the Head of Digital Enginering, you’ll own the platform vision, roadmap and backlog. Your customers are internal engineering teams, and understanding how they actually work will be central to your success. You’ll spend time with developers, uncover problems that haven’t made it into a feature request and translate those insights into useful platform capabilities. Your impact will be measured through adoption and improvements in software delivery. What You’ll Own * Platform direction: Define the service offering, prioritise investment and make clear decisions about scope. * Developer discovery: Understand the journeys behind launching services, releasing changes and diagnosing production issues. * Usable releases: Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture and security to deliver capability in practical increments. * Adoption: Make onboarding, documentation, templates and support work well enough for teams to self-serve. * Security and governance: Help turn enterprise requirements into automated checks within the delivery process. * Outcomes: Establish baselines, measure improvement and use evidence to shape what comes next. What You’ll Bring You’re a technically credible Product Manager who understands engineering problems and brings strong discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder skills. You’ll Have * At least five years’ product management experience, including ownership of a technical or platform product. * A background in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure or cloud, or equivalent technical depth. * Strong understanding of source control, CI/CD, automated testing, artefact management and release practices. * Experience with AWS or Azure and hybrid cloud/on-premise environments. * Evidence of using engineering performance measures to guide product decisions. * The confidence to negotiate competing priorities and explain platform investment to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with internal developer platforms, developer tooling or DevOps transformation would be particularly relevant. Healthcare or regulated industry experience, application security knowledge and familiarity with AI-assisted software delivery would also be valuable. Why this role? You’ll join while the platform’s direction is still taking shape, with meaningful ownership over its purpose, priorities and adoption. Your work will strengthen the engineering capability behind digital services that support healthcare delivery. Apply now if you want to build a platform that makes engineers’ working lives better, and can demonstrate the difference. Jacquie@theonset.com.au
