The role holder will be an Edrington ambassador by delivering an exceptional hospitality service to all visitors, guests and colleagues. The role works in close collaboration with the Office and Events Manager, taking the lead at times with the organisation \& logistics of Edrington events such as Edrington Connections. The role also supports the Office and Events Manager with administration activities connected to the maintenance and management of Edrington Queen Street and Great Western Road. This is a permanent position, part time (20 hours per week) with working pattern Monday, Tuesday \& Wednesday with the flexibility to cover holidays, sickness and the occasional evening event (Overtime or Time Off in Lieu available in these cases). Make an Impact ------------------ Welcome and assist all visitors, manage calls, and represent the Edrington brand Maintain reception and shared areas, support visitor departures with transport and directions Collaborate with the Office \& Events Manager on event logistics and meeting setups Attend and deputise in office management meetings, providing admin and follow-up support Manage mailroom operations, meeting room bookings, and office ID card system Oversee stationery budget, stock levels, and procurement with a focus on sustainability Coordinate corporate gifts and support HR with long service and retirement events Monitor office environment, report issues, and ensure high standards are maintained Maintain bar and display areas, and handle general admin tasks including audits and courier services Assist with invoicing, SAP, and reward-related admin activities Your Talent and Skills -------------------------- To be successful in this role, you have previous experience delivering successful front-of-house and reception services in a customer-focused environment at a similar level. You’ve consistently provided exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks and stakeholders, maintaining a flexible and professional approach. You have a keen interest in hospitality and luxury brands, and experience in budget management. Your time management and organisational skills are excellent, with a high attention to detail. You’re confident working independently or as part of a team, taking ownership of both short- and long-term tasks. You’re highly engaged, curious, and eager to learn. Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and you have experience working in a facilities environment. You demonstrate proficient written and numerical skills, and while formal qualifications in hospitality or facilities management would be an advantage, your practical experience is key. You’re familiar with switchboard operations and bring a highly flexible, polished, and articulate approach to a role that demands a dedicated work ethic and outstanding customer service. They will play a key role in the implementation of Reward initiatives and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of various aspects of Edrington’s Reward programmes.The role requires technical know-how, initiative, attention to detail, confidence and flexibility, seeking direction from the Reward Operations Manager as required. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity. Make an Impact ------------------ Lead day‑to‑day payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and well‑controlled delivery across all cycles, owning key approvals and escalating to the Reward Operations Manager when needed. Strengthen global payroll and Reward practices by contributing to Edrington’s worldwide payroll community and standardisation efforts. Build strong cross‑functional relationships across HR, Finance, Risk and external providers, representing Reward confidently. Oversee UK pensions and benefits, including provider management, renewals, and seamless payroll integration, while leading statutory compliance processes such as P11D, PSA, and audit activity. Support annual Reward cycles by providing insight and structure to salary and bonus reviews. Improve and maintain global procedures to enhance operational excellence, employee experience, and data integrity, ensuring accurate use of HR systems and strong governance. Provide leadership and guidance to Reward Assistants, resolving complex queries and supporting their development. Act as a trusted contact for employees and HMRC, offering knowledgeable, compliant advice and maintaining up‑to‑date awareness of relevant legislation and its implications. Your Talent and Skills -------------------------- To be successful in this role, you bring experience in Reward at a comparable level, along with strong knowledge of UK employment taxes, employment law, and broader compliance requirements such as SAO. You may also hold a relevant degree and, ideally, a CIPP Technician qualification, though we welcome a range of backgrounds and equivalent experience.You have a solid understanding of Reward practices, policies, and methodologies, along with experience in UK payroll; international experience is an advantage. Provide administrative support as above, liaising with The Estate, Jerez and Regional teams to plan and facilitate customer and consumer visits. Preparing documents, reports, and presentation materials. Raising POs and tracking education budget. Main point of contact for all education events at The Macallan. Working with education team to ensure event requirements are facilitated and the appropriate resources acquired. Ensure appropriate rooms are utilised to meet the requirements of the host. Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient provision of required resources and services. This includes The Estate, Jerez team, hotels, transport, and food providers. Your Talent and Skills -------------------------- Experience commensurate to this level of role within a global organisation Demonstrable background in effective event and international travel planning Excellent communication skills as the role will interface with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel. Time management and organisational skills are imperative to the role; holder should be able to prioritise workload effectively. Strong attention to detail. The ability to operate autonomously and remotely and to make quick and informed decisions, you should be able to use your initiative to manage shifting priorities and developments out with your control. Negotiation skills are desired but not essential. Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills. The ability to develop, implement and evaluate new business processes within a dynamic business environment. Budget management experience. Overall role holder will be highly flexible given the variety of tasks that will need to be undertaken, will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills.
